Hammer combines two active ingredients; glyphosate and pryaflufen-ethyl. The Glyphosate blocks production of essential acids needed for plant growth whilst the pryaflufen-ethyl inhibits the enzymes needed for photosynthesis.
 
Hammer can be used on a wide range on broad leaved weeds and is ideal for use as part of a resistance management programme. It can be used from April to September on grasses with at least 5cm of leaf. It can be used in all types of sprayed, and can show results in 24 hours.
