Orbit KSi is a potassium silicate product. Silicon is used in plants to help strengthen call wall tissues, which aids in the prevention of leaf spot. An application of Orbit KSi lifts seed heads allowing for better collection with regular mowing, particularly with uneven spring growth. Orbit KSi assists in the removal of annual meadow-grass.
 
Orbit KSi improves uniform cutting and appearance of turf in stadia. It has been designed to reduce water loss in dry weather and increase ball roll and green speed. The silicon helps lift the leaf blade to allow a cleaner cut on dwarf perennial rye species. Orbit KSi is a 24% SiO₂ and 16% K₂O formulation, available in a 10lt pack. It can be used from April to September at 10-20 lt/Ha meaning a pack will cover approximately 5,000-10,000m².
